Susan Sage is a full-time artist based out of Portland, OR. Her paintings combine photo-realistic elements with loose, bold swathes of color.

 

The culmination is paintings featuring ambiguous and surreal depictions of local figures by removing them from their modern times and places in favor of more glamorous dress and locales from history.

Yes you can make me offers on paintings. Yes you can haggle a bit.  

No I don't have a day job.

Yes to occasional commissions but I will probably drag my feet with it because I have other things I want to paint.
